Gisborne Speech-Language Therapy

I completed my training as a Speech-language Therapist in Germany in 2001. After working for 1 year in a private practice near Frankfurt, I immigrated to New Zealand in 2002.

I have been employed by the Ministry of Education as a Speech-language therapist since then and continue to work there part-time.

In 2010 I started working as a private practitioner and founded Gisborne Speech-Language Therapy.

I enjoy working with adults and children in all areas of communication difficulties. This includes:

• Non-verbal communication
• Language delay
• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Intellectual disabilities
• Neurodevelopmental disorders
• Voice disorders
• Traumatic brain injury
• Stroke

I am a full member of the New Zealand Speech-language Therapists' Association Inc.
